Enrolment Process

Reception to Year 12

Application Form

We invite you to submit an Enrolment Application Form (Reception - Year 12) along with:

  1.  A copy of your son’s birth certificate or visa,
  2.  A copy of your son’s most recent school report (not applicable for Reception applicants), and
  3. The $50 application fee (non-refundable).

If applicable, we also welcome you to provide the following documents with the Application Form:

  1. A copy of your son’s sacramental certificates (for e.g. Baptism, Reconciliation, Eucharist and Confirmation),
  2. A reference from your Priest, Pastor, Minister or similar,
  3. Documentation relating to special needs (for e.g. reports, actions plans, assessments), and/or
  4. Court order(s) or related information regarding the custody of your son.

Once we receive the completed Application, we will send you a letter confirming its receipt.

Due to the competitive nature of enrolments, we recommend submitting the Application Form at least two years prior to commencement.

Enrolment Interview

Approximately 18 months before your son is due to commence, we will contact you to arrange an Enrolment Interview with a member of our Executive Leadership Team. Your son must be present at this Interview. The Interview will help us to get to know your son and family, and provides you with an opportunity to get to know us better and ask any questions.

Letter of Offer

Following a successful interview (and an available vacant place), we will then issue a Letter of Offer and other paperwork to be returned to us along with a $300 acceptance fee (non-refundable).

Waiting List

If there are no vacancies available, your son will be placed on a waitlist and will be issued with a Letter of Offer once a place becomes available.

We are currently experiencing high demand for the following year levels in 2018: Reception, Year 1, Year 2, Year 3, Year 4 and Year 7. Waiting lists may apply for these year levels. Please contact the School Registrar, Mrs. Joanna Rossi, on (08) 8169 3954 for further information.

Early Learning Centre (ELC)

Application Form

We invite you to submit an Enrolment Application Form (ELC) along with:

  1. A copy of your child's birth certificate or visa,
  2. The $100 application fee (non-refundable).

If applicable, we also welcome you to provide the following documents with the Application Form:

  1. A copy of your child’s sacramental certificates (for e.g. Baptism),
  2. A reference from your Priest, Pastor, Minister or similar,
  3. Documentation relating to special needs (for e.g. reports, actions plans, assessments), and/or
  4. Court order(s) or related information regarding the custody of your child.

Please note: If you submit an application for the ELC and an application for Reception for your son, you are only required to pay one application fee of $100.

Once we receive the completed application, we will send you a letter confirming its receipt.
